What is InkChip WIC?

InkChip WIC is a new Adjustment Program for Epson Printers. The program has several functions such as reading the used ink pad counter and resetting the Epson ink pad waste counter. Ink waste counter readings are available free of charge, however, to reset the waste ink counter a key must be purchased.

IMPORTANT

InkChip WIC is only available for Windows computers. The printer must be connected to the computer via USB and have access to the internet. The program does not support printers on network connections.

How does it work?

Prior to purchasing a key please ensure the error you are experiencing is a “waste pad full” error. To do this simply download and run the free WIC program and view the “used ink counter”. If the counter is showing full (100%) you will need to purchase a reset key. Once done, re open the WIC program, this time clicking 'reset the counter' and enter the details supplied. The program will reset the counter to 0%, after which the printer must be restarted and you can continue to print.
